Detached Single Family Dwelling / Attached Single Family - Townhome:

• 1,501 to 2,000 sqft       $390.00
• 2,001 to 2,500 sqft       $430.00
• 2,501 to 3,000 sqft       $475.00

• 3,501 to 4,000 sgft       $595.00 
• 4,001 and up call for a quote......

Condominium Towers  / Low Rise:

• Up to 1,000 sgft           $255.00
• 1,001 to 1,500 sgft       $285.00
• 1,501 to 2,000 sgft       $315.00
• 2,001 to 2,500 sgft       $345.00
• 2,501 to 3,000 sgft       $375.00

*** Homes built prior to 1980 add an additional $75.00 for the additional time necessary to complete a through inspection.

*** Homes built prior to 1950 add an additional $100.

*** Beach frontage homes add an additional $100 due to beach front conditions and wear typical in a beach front home, in addition to the additional time its takes to complete.

Pool / Spa: 

• I no longer inspect pools due to the advanced digital and remote features that are used today. I recommend having a pool inspected by a pool speclisit and or the pool company that regulally maintaines the pool and is familar with the pools condition.

Insurance Inspection Services:

• Wind Mitigation $130.00 ***
• 4-Point $130.00 -- under 2,500 sgft ***
• 4-Point $175.00 -- over 2,501 sgft***
• Roof Certification/Condition $130.00
