Shawn Norris has 14 years in the Real Estate industry as a sales associate but a life time of experience as he come's from a family that's been in the real estate industry for decades. Shawn's back ground is architecture, drafting, and design. The building, construction industry has always peaked his interests so Shawn's knowledge of it lead him to step away from sales and get back into it. Shawn left real estate sales and created Norris Property Inspections LLC.

Norris Property Inspections LLC is a locally owned and operated family inspection company, not a franchise or corporate controlled company. You will always speak with Shawn Norris, the owner, directly when scheduling an inspection or reviewing concerns from a recent inspection. Shawn Norris is Florida State licensed inspector and a member in good standing with the National Association of Certified Home Inspectors (Nachi). NACHI is a member-only affiliation of licensed inspectors that keep up with industry standards, inspection methods and continuing education procedures.
